  I wasn't sure who we should refinance with but we received great referrals from friends and so we decided to go with Thai. I am glad we did, he was great. He was very patient and understanding and because we are thankful.

  As first-time homebuyers during the pandemic, we knew the process was going to be challenging in an extremely competitive and unpredictable market. But we felt confident with Thai's experience and guidance that we would successfully navigate the homebuying process and find our home. And we did!   Thai is a powerhouse! He gets things done quickly, is extremely detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. He also expertly balances so many dimensions: the reality of your situation, your needs/wants, the real estate market, etc. His recommendations and wisdom was spot and calibrated on whether it's your first time or if you have some experience. He did ALL the work and in about a month we got our loan saving us nearly $450/month. Well done! My only regret is not going to him sooner.
