  Being a first time homebuyer is a daunting and sometimes overwhelming experience, let alone during a pandemic with a wildly competitive housing market. My wife and I had not had much other experience with realtors, but after working with Thai, we will never use anyone else. We are extremely thankful a friend put us in touch with Thai. He clearly has the years of experience under his belt as well as the passion and drive to be the best he can be. We really appreciated his honesty and opinion when it came time to see homes. We lost many bids due to the competitiveness of the market, but his estimates were always spot on and he helped us avoid a few stinkers that would have not been worth the mortgage payments in the long run. In the end he helped us find the perfect home. We are still blown away every day. He worked very hard and took us through every step of the process, making it a smooth and even enjoyable experience. Start to finish, Thai is an A+ realtor, mortgage broker, and everything in between!

I was hesistant at first to take on Thai as my buyer's agent too since I was looking to buy in the mountains but he convinced me soon with his actions and not just words.
