Thai has been nothing but AMAZING throughout our process of selling our current home and purchasing a new one. He is one of a kind and on top of EVERYTHING!!! He helped us purchase our first home 9 years ago, and he WOWED us with his knowledge and service then, so there was no doubt we would use him for the sell and purchase of our new home this year. His knowledge of the process and explanation is seriously top notch. He is super responsive as well. We appreciate you Thai, and thank you so much for everything!!

Thai has helped my mom refinance her home and my mother-in-law with her as well. Thai is always super helpful and makes the whole process stress free and easy . Now Thai helped my fiancé and I buy our first home during the pandemic and with this crazy market . We couldn't be happier with the whole process, even though it was a stressful time but when it came down to closing the deal Thai was on top of everything . Thanks to him and his agent Maria for helping us purchase our first home . Thank you crystal estates!

We worked with Thai to get a mortgage for our new home. We have worked a few mortgage brokers in the past and have a very pleasant experience with them all, but Thai's service was exceptional. Thai works tirelessly to get you the best deal possible. Thai is extremely detail-oriented, patient, responsive, and transparent through the process. It is clear from his work-ethics and style that Thai is passionate about what he does and takes pride in helping his clients. Highly recommended!

Being a first time homebuyer is a daunting and sometimes overwhelming experience, let alone during a pandemic with a wildly competitive housing market. My wife and I had not had much other experience with realtors, but after working with Thai, we will never use anyone else. We are extremely thankful a friend put us in touch with Thai. He clearly has the years of experience under his belt as well as the passion and drive to be the best he can be. We really appreciated his honesty and opinion when it came time to see homes. We lost many bids due to the competitiveness of the market, but his estimates were always spot on and he helped us avoid a few stinkers that would have not been worth the mortgage payments in the long run. In the end he helped us find the perfect home. We are still blown away every day. He worked very hard and took us through every step of the process, making it a smooth and even enjoyable experience. Start to finish, Thai is an A+ realtor, mortgage broker, and everything in between!

As first-time homebuyers during the pandemic, we knew the process was going to be challenging in an extremely competitive and unpredictable market. But we felt confident with Thai's experience and guidance that we would successfully navigate the homebuying process and find our home. And we did! Thai was with us every step of the way, and always went above and beyond to help us make smart and informed decisions. In the beginning, it took time for us to get into a good pace with how fast the market moves, but Thai was always extremely patient through it all and always willing to answer the numerous questions we had. He helped us understand all aspects of a home and taught us how to see a home's potential. Thai was also our mortgage broker, and he truly went out of his way to ensure we were getting the best rate possible. He's even helping us design a bathroom remodel! Thai is so knowledgeable about real estate, financing, and homeownership, and we learned so much from Thai in the time we've worked together. I highly recommend Thai!

Calling Thai Nguyen to help us sell our home was a good decision for our transition to a new realtor. From start to finish he was very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much Thai! Highly recommended!

Thai did an amazing job helping my wife and I buy our first home in Discovery Bay, CA. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in our home buying process, explaining all about the different loans we were eligible for and how we could buy a house that would maintain or improve its value in the long run. He drove us all around different cities far away from his location, showing his dedication to his clients. I would recommend Thai to anybody thinking about buying a home.

Working with Thai has been exceedingly efficient and straightforward. He knows our market very well, does the necessary research to provide you with the best rates and options and he thoroughly allows his clients to make an informed decision without pressure. My wife and I have purchased a home with Thai's help. Years later, he emailed us to let us know that a nice ReFi would/could be beneficial. Both transactions went smooth, thanks to Thai. He is professional and makes home-buying and refinancing as easy as it can possibly be. He does all the legwork behind the scenes, communication is timely and efficient and we feel very comfortable using him for our future housing market needs. Thai handles everything really well from sending and receiving important documents to close of escrow to meeting at off hours and accommodating difficult schedules. He is a family man and understands his clients' needs. We met Thai through a referral from a cousin and we could not be happier knowing we have a trustworthy friend in the industry who has our best interest in mind. For these reasons we are happy to continue to refer others to Crystal Estates.

Thai helped us purchase our first home in Discovery bay. He is very knowledgeable not only on the housing market but all things related to a home which comes to be very valuable when comparing homes. Not only did he help us look for a home he was very involved in the loan process and reviewed all documents before we signed. This helped us ease our mind when signing our lives away for the next 30 years!

This is our third time using Tai with Crystal Estates. Our experience with his services has always been smooth and seamless. He definitely goes above and beyond explaining the details and any questions that we have along the way. With everyone trying to refinance, we're pleasantly surprised at how fast the whole process was.
He makes you feel like you are his only client.

Thai is an amazing realtor to work with. He took the time to understand our needs, and guided us through the various inspections, the home purchase, and even offered contacts and suggestions for remodel possibilities. Throughout each of these phases, Thai kept us updated on timelines and next steps. He was always readily available to answer our questions, and his response time was very quick. Thai has a vast knowledge of the industry, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy professional.

Thank you so much Thai for helping us refinance our home, you have save us so much money, and you made the process speedy and easy for us. Best of all you make sure to make it happen and you are very easy to get ahold of you and explain the process as we went . Made the process very personal by answering all the questions we had no matter what day or time you were there to help us out. This was a very quick refinance and I'm so happy with how much I'm saving and how easy this process was highly recommend you.

No words can express how GREATFUL I am that Thai Nguyen was my Real Estate agent on the sale of my home. I had ran into some title issues along the way and I thought this was going to be long drawn out process. It was not. We actually closed a day earlier. He kept me informed every step of the way and ALWAYS answered my calls and texts quickly. I was never left hanging. This agent went above and beyond the call of duty . Thanks again Thai!!!

Thai was amazing to work with. He was always available to take our calls and answer any questions or concerns. He is very patient and kind and he goes over and beyond to help all transactions go smoothly. We can't thank him enough. We recommend Thai for any and all of your real estate needs.

I was introduced to Thai as a mortgage broker through a referral from someone I trust without any doubt. I was hesistant at first to take on Thai as my buyer's agent too since I was looking to buy in the mountains but he convinced me soon with his actions and not just words. Thai is a nice guy, very responsive and very knowledgeable in the field of real estate and walked me through the process with patience given that I was looking to buy my first home.
He is very proactive throughout the process and takes care from the start till the final transaction (and even beyond that). I would recommend Thai to my friends and family without any hesitation. Thank you, Thai!!
