  Thai is a powerhouse! He gets things done quickly, is extremely detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. He also expertly balances so many dimensions: the reality of your situation, your needs/wants, the real estate market, etc. His recommendations and wisdom was spot and calibrated on whether it's your first time or if you have some experience. Thai went above & beyond driving our home buying process with so much care, empathy, speed, and dedication: we absolutely recommend him!

  I was a bit skeptical about who I may trust to help me with my refinance process and more considering that I was trying to do it during the pandemic 2020 year! I met Thai through a referall and what can I say! he was the right person to help me with my refinance process. He helped me in an amazing way with quick answers, great knowledge and awesome communication. I'm very pleased with his services and being a nice person.

Financing and closing was an efficient and straightforward process with no surprises. And even after close, they helped us quickly find very competitively priced, high quality contractors, suppliers, movers, cleaners, etc. There was an answer for EVERY question and need that came up.

He was thorough in his analysis and recommendations for rental/sale, and he communicated promptly and clearly to help us understand the market dynamics. His efforts helped us find two very good tenants over a period of 4 years. And his negotiations skills helped us sell the house at a price much higher than we had anticipated.
