  As first-time homebuyers during the pandemic, we knew the process was going to be challenging in an extremely competitive and unpredictable market. But we felt confident with Thai's experience and guidance that we would successfully navigate the homebuying process and find our home. And we did! Thai was with us every step of the way, and always went above and beyond to help us make smart and informed decisions. In the beginning, it took time for us to get into a good pace with how fast the market moves, but Thai was always extremely patient through it all and always willing to answer the numerous questions we had. He helped us understand all aspects of a home and taught us how to see a home's potential. Thai was also our mortgage broker, and he truly went out of his way to ensure we were getting the best rate possible. He's even helping us design a bathroom remodel!
