  Thai has helped my mom refinance her home and my mother-in-law with her as well. Thai is always super helpful and makes the whole process stress free and easy . Now Thai helped my fiancé and I buy our first home during the pandemic and with this crazy market . We couldn't be happier with the whole process, even though it was a stressful time but when it came down to closing the deal Thai was on top of everything .   We worked with Thai to get a mortgage for our new home. We have worked a few mortgage brokers in the past and have a very pleasant experience with them all, but Thai's service was exceptional. Thai works tirelessly to get you the best deal possible. Thai is extremely detail-oriented, patient, responsive, and transparent through the process.   Thai was recommended to us from our bank since they were unable to help us. He kept us informed from beginning to end. The whole process was smooth, quick and nearly effortless on our part. He did ALL the work and in about a month we got our loan saving us nearly $450/month. Well done! My only regret is not going to him sooner.

  Being a first time homebuyer is a daunting and sometimes overwhelming experience, let alone during a pandemic with a wildly competitive housing market. My wife and I had not had much other experience with realtors, but after working with Thai, we will never use anyone else. We are extremely thankful a friend put us in touch with Thai.
