  I was introduced to Thai as a mortgage broker through a referral from someone I trust without any doubt. I was hesistant at first to take on Thai as my buyer's agent too since I was looking to buy in the mountains but he convinced me soon with his actions and not just words. Thai is a nice guy, very responsive and very knowledgeable in the field of real estate and walked me through the process with patience given that I was looking to buy my first home.
He is very proactive throughout the process and takes care from the start till the final transaction (and even beyond that). I would recommend Thai to my friends and family without any hesitation. Thank you, Thai!!

  Thai helped us purchase our first home in Discovery bay. He is very knowledgeable not only on the housing market but all things related to a home which comes to be very valuable when comparing homes. Not only did he help us look for a home he was very involved in the loan process and reviewed all documents before we signed. This helped us ease our mind when signing our lives away for the next 30 years!

  Being a first time homebuyer is a daunting and sometimes overwhelming experience, let alone during a pandemic with a wildly competitive housing market. My wife and I had not had much other experience with realtors, but after working with Thai, we will never use anyone else. We are extremely thankful a friend put us in touch with Thai. He clearly has the years of experience under his belt as well as the passion and drive to be the best he can be. We really appreciated his honesty and opinion when it came time to see homes.   Thai was recommended to us from our bank since they were unable to help us. He kept us informed from beginning to end. The whole process was smooth, quick and nearly effortless on our part. He did ALL the work and in about a month we got our loan saving us nearly $450/month. Well done! My only regret is not going to him sooner.
