He is very knowledgeable not only on the housing market but all things related to a home which comes to be very valuable when comparing homes. Not only did he help us look for a home he was very involved in the loan process and reviewed all documents before we signed. This helped us ease our mind when signing our lives away for the next 30 years!

When the time came to start the refinance process, he walked me through everything. Thai is very organized and I really appreciate his attention to detail.   Thai was recommended to us from our bank since they were unable to help us. He kept us informed from beginning to end. The whole process was smooth, quick and nearly effortless on our part. He did ALL the work and in about a month we got our loan saving us nearly $450/month. Well done! My only regret is not going to him sooner.
