As a first time buyer, every aspect of the process is new, but they were clear in explaining every detail and helping us ensure we were well informed for each decision we needed to make. Their extensive knowledge of Bay Area home construction and issues, helped us quickly assess the properties we viewed, pointing out any red flags and also helping us estimate costs of future work or remodel. Financing and closing was an efficient and straightforward process with no surprises. And even after close, they helped us quickly find very competitively priced, high quality contractors, suppliers, movers, cleaners, etc. There was an answer for EVERY question and need that came up.

He is very knowledgeable not only on the housing market but all things related to a home which comes to be very valuable when comparing homes. Not only did he help us look for a home he was very involved in the loan process and reviewed all documents before we signed. This helped us ease our mind when signing our lives away for the next 30 years!

  Thai managed our townhouse as a rental property for 4 years, and then helped us sell it. He was thorough in his analysis and recommendations for rental/sale, and he communicated promptly and clearly to help us understand the market dynamics. His efforts helped us find two very good tenants over a period of 4 years. And his negotiations skills helped us sell the house at a price much higher than we had anticipated.
