  No words can express how GREATFUL I am that Thai Nguyen was my Real Estate agent on the sale of my home. I had ran into some title issues along the way and I thought this was going to be long drawn out process. It was not. We actually closed a day earlier. He kept me informed every step of the way and ALWAYS answered my calls and texts quickly. I was never left hanging. This agent went above and beyond the call of duty . Thanks again Thai!!!

  I was looking to refinance and I'm so glad a friend recommended Thai! He clearly communicated all that I needed to get ready in order to start the process. When the time came to start the refinance process, he walked me through everything. Thai is very organized and I really appreciate his attention to detail. He very patiently explained and answered all my questions as well. Everything worked out well and the process was smooth all the way. He is very knowledgeable not only on the housing market but all things related to a home which comes to be very valuable when comparing homes. Not only did he help us look for a home he was very involved in the loan process and reviewed all documents before we signed.   Thai was recommended to us from our bank since they were unable to help us. He kept us informed from beginning to end. The whole process was smooth, quick and nearly effortless on our part. He did ALL the work and in about a month we got our loan saving us nearly $450/month. Well done! My only regret is not going to him sooner.
