  This is our third time using Tai with Crystal Estates. Our experience with his services has always been smooth and seamless. He definitely goes above and beyond explaining the details and any questions that we have along the way. With everyone trying to refinance, we're pleasantly surprised at how fast the whole process was.

  Thai has been nothing but AMAZING throughout our process of selling our current home and purchasing a new one. He is one of a kind and on top of EVERYTHING!!! He helped us purchase our first home 9 years ago, and he WOWED us with his knowledge and service then, so there was no doubt we would use him for the sell and purchase of our new home this year.   As first-time homebuyers during the pandemic, we knew the process was going to be challenging in an extremely competitive and unpredictable market. But we felt confident with Thai's experience and guidance that we would successfully navigate the homebuying process and find our home. And we did! Thai was with us every step of the way, and always went above and beyond to help us make smart and informed decisions. In the beginning, it took time for us to get into a good pace with how fast the market moves, but Thai was always extremely patient through it all and always willing to answer the numerous questions we had. He helped us understand all aspects of a home and taught us how to see a home's potential. Thai was also our mortgage broker, and he truly went out of his way to ensure we were getting the best rate possible. He's even helping us design a bathroom remodel!   I was looking to refinance and I'm so glad a friend recommended Thai! He clearly communicated all that I needed to get ready in order to start the process. When the time came to start the refinance process, he walked me through everything. Thai is very organized and I really appreciate his attention to detail.   Being a first time homebuyer is a daunting and sometimes overwhelming experience, let alone during a pandemic with a wildly competitive housing market. My wife and I had not had much other experience with realtors, but after working with Thai, we will never use anyone else. We are extremely thankful a friend put us in touch with Thai.   I was introduced to Thai as a mortgage broker through a referral from someone I trust without any doubt. I was hesistant at first to take on Thai as my buyer's agent too since I was looking to buy in the mountains but he convinced me soon with his actions and not just words. Thai is a nice guy, very responsive and very knowledgeable in the field of real estate and walked me through the process with patience given that I was looking to buy my first home.

  Thai helped us purchase our first home in Discovery bay. He is very knowledgeable not only on the housing market but all things related to a home which comes to be very valuable when comparing homes. Not only did he help us look for a home he was very involved in the loan process and reviewed all documents before we signed. This helped us ease our mind when signing our lives away for the next 30 years!

  Thai was recommended to us from our bank since they were unable to help us. He kept us informed from beginning to end. The whole process was smooth, quick and nearly effortless on our part. He did ALL the work and in about a month we got our loan saving us nearly $450/month. Well done! My only regret is not going to him sooner.
