He was thorough in his analysis and recommendations for rental/sale, and he communicated promptly and clearly to help us understand the market dynamics. His efforts helped us find two very good tenants over a period of 4 years. And his negotiations skills helped us sell the house at a price much higher than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend his services for real estate matters in the San Jose area.

  I was a bit skeptical about who I may trust to help me with my refinance process and more considering that I was trying to do it during the pandemic 2020 year! I met Thai through a referall and what can I say! he was the right person to help me with my refinance process. He helped me in an amazing way with quick answers, great knowledge and awesome communication. I'm very pleased with his services and being a nice person.
